Thank you for visiting and shopping at u2wear.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We ship most of the orders from our New Jersey fulfillment center. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to P.O. addresses within the U.S, including U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All are using USPS Priority mail.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. We will not accept any claim without proof of damage.
International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally using DHL or FedEx Express mail
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
u2wear.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We do not offer a free return for international shipments. All return shipping costs are the buyer responsibility. Shipping, Duties, and taxes are not refunded
Returns Policy
- ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE BRAND NEW IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAGS FOR RESALE
- Return is 30 DAYS from the delivery date. All returns must have original tags and original packaging.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or incorrect merchandise was sent. FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE, PLEASE PROVIDE PHOTO.
- We do not provide a return shipping label. When sending your return back, please make sure you let us know the tracking no. Return without tracking no. will take longer to process.
- All returns must be authorized. ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS MUST SEND BACK WITHIN 15 DAYS. failed or refused deliveries for any reason (incorrect address, moved away, changed mind) are considered an unauthorized return.
No restocking fee will be applied to return, which meets the above-stated conditions. However, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% restocking fee from your total refund if the return does not meet the condition(s) specified
